The apartment is within walking distance of the Seapoint promenade, swimming pools, the famous Clifton Beaches, Camps bay beach and restaurants.
For the energetic, a walk around Lions Head mountain is also possible. The Waterfront and cable car access to Table Mountain are less than a 10 minute journey by car.
